Kristies Wedding 8.11.12

My other best friend Kristie got married August 11th ! So my two best friends got married with in a year of each other.  Kristie's wedding was super cute and totally Kristie, with sunflowers and burlap around the cake. I wish I would have taken a picture of the cake it was way pretty.  Both of the other brides maids were pregnant Michelle due in Oct and Lindsey in November, it would have been fun to have been pregnant too.... or maybe not yet. I just love weddings and getting new jewlry and new shoes, and a new dress,  I am kind of sad that my best friends are all married and no more weddings to look forward to. I guess that the next one I can get all ready for will be my kids.

The 4th of July

So Kari and his family wanted to do a little get to gether at Utah Lake. He has a boat and Ricky's dad has a boat that he is trying to sell. So Me Rick and the boys got readyand went for a ride on the lake.

Rick went on Kari's boat to do some wake boarding. This is Hayden.

We stayed on Grandpa's boat and ate some snacks, my kids love to snack. Harvey and Noah were sleepy so we went back to Grandpa's house for a nap. I was a little sad that I didnt see Ricky untill
6:30 that evening. His whole day off  and we didnt get to even hang out much. Maybe next time I guess...

Bells Luau Birthday Party

Isabella Rosenburg, Noah's Cousin, had a Luau for her Birthday. We all got together and played in the water and then roasted hotdogs and grilled up some bugers and just had a good time. Noah loves roasting, but was kind of sad that we didn't roast marshmellows, We will have to go camping this year I guess. Noah had so much fun that he said we need to have a Luau at our house tomorrow....

Memorial Day/ Noah's Birthday

Noah had a hard time deciding what kind of Cake he wanted but he ended up picking a fire truck and he got a fire truck from his cousins Starla and Miles so that was cool

We had a little pinata it was kind of hard for this kids to break so Rick had to give it a few good hits.

Noah's Birthday ended up being on Memorial day this year. So that was nice because Rick had the day off. We started off the day by having a special breakfast at Mc Donalds. Then we got some flowers and took them to the graves to remember my Mother LaRayne and my Grandma  Zelpha Dayton. Then Noah went home to take his nap and when he woke up we had his little birthday PARTY. Noah was so excited that all his friends were able to come over and eat cake with him. I cant believe my little Noah is 4 years old it really does go by so fast.

This year I made Ricky's Mom a little Jar of sunshine and Ricky wrote her a poem about breakfast egg sandwiches it was funny... Ricky got me a white Ipad for Mothers Day what a sweetie. I was totally suprised.

May 2012

So I do not have time to blogg but I enjoy looking back on this and seeing what happened through out the year so I want to do it even if I am super late all of the time.

We started off the month by putting in our garden! Just one row this year hopfully it will be easier to keep the weeds down. And ricky started to put up our fence. We needed an area for the kids to play outside safely. Noah was getting a sand box for his birthday and we wanted to keep the cats out too. Oh and there is Nacho who needs his own space to play and not go chasing the neighboors.

April San Diego

So for my Birthday (spring Break) we took a little trip to California. Mission beach to be exact. First stop was good old Las Vegas we had a scary little run it at the old strip, Fremont street. Noah was scared to death there were crazies out dressed up real scary we only were there a minute at that was enough to scar me for life. We stayed at The Hotel Las Vegas $50 not bad but we did have to bring our bikes up so we would stress that they would get stolen.

The Kids loved Sea World the shows were a lot of fun. Noah just had to get an

"Oracle Whale" cup and then when he saw a blue slushy he just

had to have that too. We called it "Moon Juice" it was gross but Noah drank almost all of it...

Then we ate at Anthonies it is located right where cruise ships take off.  And then we saw a cruise ship take off while we were eating.

I went shopping a lot and kind of feel like I missed out on all of the beach fun. But I guess I did go out to the beach every day. I just love it so much I could stay there forever. 

Noah and Harvey loved it too.

Our last day we went to see the Aircraft carrier. It was a really fun trip

I was sad coming back to the real world.

Valentines Day

For some fun reason for Valentines we like to makes some goodies! We made some cute Valentine cupcakes and little heart cakes. Noah wanted them to have blue frosting, sorry Noah only pink red or white. Then he wanted to frost his own heart cake using my frosting bag. Its kind of tricky but he was excited and then all the frosting came out the wrong end and dropped right on Nacho's head....Kids are the best. After all the cake was frosted Noah said "so when are the people coming to our Party?" Maybe next year we can have a Valentines Party that would be fun.

For dinner Rick brought home some Cafe Rio! I was so glad I didn't have to cook. I don't mind cooking but sometimes I just don't want to have to worry about what would be good. Rick surprised me with some pretty earrings and a card. Who knew Rick could be so romantic. I love my little family full of boys we had a good day!

Harvey's 1st Birthday

We decided to have a nice little Party at our house for Harvey's 1st Birthday. We ordered Fat Jack's and I made cupcakes.













Harvey didn't seem to like the cake much but he sure did have fun picking off the little blue dots of frosting. So he was enjoying his frosting and he pushed a little too hard and the whole top part of the cupcake plopped to the floor. All of his precious frosting ruined. Oh well he didn't need that much sweets anyway.
